Even though a team feels like they are part of a group, they also feel like they are a distinct person. This combination creates a clear advantage for the charismatic leader. It makes each team member feel special, and that feeling then allowed each team member to be more productive overall.
The charismatic leader might be unconventional and might take unnecessary risks at times, but they also have a unique vision and incredible articulation that can bring about high levels of success. Being charismatic means being committed to specific ideological goals. To achieve those goals, the leader practicing this leadership theory will bring together an effective team faster than any other.
