This will result to confusion and conflict within the members of the organization. These conflicts may result to the division of the organization from those who oppose and those who are in favor of the leadership of their leader.

Transformational leaders have the ability to influence their subordinates and followers to make essential changes in their work practices and even in their lifestyle. The ends result of this leadership is better health for the organization and good lifestyle of the members.
In addition, in charismatic leadership, those who are capable or competent enough to lead the organization are put as leaders and not by popularity. This kind of leadership is often practiced in business. Those who are capable of handling a large group to work altogether with harmony are the best leaders. They have the ability to influence all his/her followers and subordinates to help each other achieve the organization’s goals and missions.
People should not put transformational leadership VS charismatic leadership as both these leadership styles complement each other. Leaders need to find balance between these two styles of leadership within the work environment to control their followers and subordinates work performance.
