Natural born leaders, the ENTJ individual takes on the insurmountable and makes them completable for themselves and the people they govern. They tend to quickly grasp complex situations, absorb a lot of information and quickly assess situations.
Their primary instincts make them think before they act, often consulting their intrinsic rationality and logic before making decisions. Their secondary instincts allow them to take in different scenarios by using their intuition, responding accordingly to that ‘gut feeling.’
The Executive or ENTJ individual make executive decisions to accomplish goals and lead others. However, these traits may manifest differently within women and men. Let’s take a look at how ENTJ traits manifest in both women and men in this article.
ENTJ As A Woman
The ENTJ woman is a natural born leader. She may possess an air of seriousness that might seem intimidating, but it expresses her ambition to be successful throughout her life.
ENTJ women are ‘take charge’ types. They are very focused on their careers and will do what it takes to make them possible. Many women with this personality classification excel in corporate settings and may hold managerial or executive positions. Their intrinsically intuitive nature puts them into a position where they can assess situations for problems and quickly turn out solutions.
The ENTJ woman is highly extroverted and enjoys interacting with people. They tend to be the individuals holding a conversation with peers and may appear intimidating to observers. To their detriment, ENTJ women may alienate themselves from others, especially when in pursuit of their goals, due to the ENTJ tendency to misunderstand the feelings of others.
As mothers, ENTJ women place a lot of emphasis on educating and providing a structured household for their kin. Their work oriented lifestyle may keep them away from home more than often, whether physically or mentally.
ENTJ As A Man
The ENTJ man is as powerful and imposing as he is a born leader. He may possess an air of seriousness that appears outright intimidating to others, but that air is merely an expression of his dedication to being throughout his life.
ENTJ men lead well. They are naturally attuned to finding solutions to problems and do incredibly well taking projects to completion. Much like their counterparts, they tend to excel in managerial or executive positions where they’re able to stretch their influence across a body of people or an entire company.
Many ENTJ men don’t leave room for error. They are attuned to completing things without mistakes and have no real patience for errors. Due to the ENTJ inability to understand feelings, they may seem harsh when their patience is stretched beyond their limits. In addition, men with this classification may have trouble seeing the perspective of other people and might be difficult to work with as a result.
Although very much extroverted, the ENTJ man does experience emotions, but keeps them bottled up to their detriment. As fathers, they tend to be focused on providing stability and structure for their families, but sometimes at the cost of being physically and emotionally unavailable.
