A false praise and even failure in addressing shortcomings are harmful to people involved. It may also be a disservice among good employees who recognize the failure as straight. It is important that the feedback must reflect reality among people.
4. Fix the Thing Broken-Now
Fixing anything broken must be done right away. Even other problems should be resolved, especially if they came from your own delay. Always remember that problems are not likely to go away with their own deal. The problems must not be neglected; instead, they must be fixed after they occur.
5. Set High Standards
Employees are living up in meeting the expectations of supervisors. Upon setting high and reasonable standards, many of these employees are after striving hard in achieving them.
