INTJ personality is considered to be the most interesting and rarest type among people. As for people who fall in this type, they are perplexingly mysterious and highly intelligent. They also radiate their self-confidence and rely on knowledge about the many various areas and topics. They usually started in developing their knowledge in the early childhood. They are often nicknamed as bookworm that they keep on reading books later on.
People who have INTJ personalities are known to be perfectionists. They enjoy improving their systems and ideas. They are born to be naturally curious and remain at their rational territory despite the attractive, end goal.
Apart from it, they also have their unusual combination on vivid imagination and decisiveness. This also means that they can design and execute a brilliant plan. They know how to constantly try out and move new tactics. They have the imagination and know how to fairly assess every possible situation, do tactical move and calculate strategically. As soon as they started to work on a system, they consider it as their moral obligation and merge and drive their perfectionism.
INTJ leadership among INTJ leaders is excellent because of their strategies. Their actions are calculated and are deceptive. If there are already leaders around, they just retreat in showing up but they maintain the grip on highly important decisions. If ever the leaders have failed, people with INJT do not hesitate in acting and staying right on the background.
In understanding more about INTJ, it means of introverted, and intuitive, and thinking and judging. This is better known as free-thinker and mastermind. As INTJ’s, they are individualists who are typically reserved and intelligent.
In addition, INTJ leadership may include INTJ’s to be highly capable. As masterminds, they do not likely take command; however, if others fail in demonstrating the ability to lead, they take the lead or take charge. As they are known to be masterminds, they consider efficiency as an indispensable tool in the organization. If ever they come in contact with inefficiency- any material or human resources wasted are resolved that material and human resources are quickly realigned.
Furthermore, they are not bound by their set procedures and rules. The conventional authority is not even impressing them, even catchwords or slogans. Only those ideas that have meaning or sense are being adopted. If there are useless ideas, they ignore them and aim for optimum efficiency.
Also, INTJs like to remain as followers for as long as leaders are doing their jobs effectively and efficiently. However, if the leaders are mishandling the job, they try to break off and maneuver the wheel from these incompetents.
Even in real life or in fiction, INTJ leadership involved INTJ’s leading a small-sized group. This small group also has its purpose that INTJ’s take charge of boy detectives, musketeers, vampire hunters. Most of the INTJ’s share the same probing mind, confidence, willpower, calmness, self-discipline, and ability in devising elegant and complex plans which are known to work.
As per their strengths that help those INTJ’s to become efficient leaders are: investigating and exploring knowledge models and systems; ability of learning effectively and quickly; strong confidence with organized knowledge they posses; commitment in the vision; applying knowledge to the constructive ends, contingency and strategic coordination and planning.
