An INTJ is someone who is known on the Myers-Briggs Type indicator as an Introverted Intuitive Thinking Judging. They are also known as scientists. Simply from that word alone, you can begin to assume a great many things about this personality type. There are some fascinating traits that hold true for both genders, but there are also specific elements of the personality type that are unique to each gender.
INTJ Characteristics and Traits
An INTJ is going to be someone who is not in the least threatened by conflicts or criticisms. These are going to be people who instead of being fearful of criticisms or conflicts, look for challenges. Because they are often marked by incredible self-confidence, they will frequently succeed at meeting whatever challenges come their way. They are going to also be the kind of person who takes a commitment or a relationship seriously. They believe in the value of listening, have enormous capabilities, and are usually seen as highly intelligent individuals.
Unfortunately, although they are great listeners, this doesn’t always extend towards empathy with the people in their lives. Some will feel frustrated with INTJ women or INTJ men for their inability to respond with the proper emotions, instead opting to use logic and reason to a degree that can be frustrating. Their intelligence can frequently include arrogance, which can include the belief that they are always right. They may also be unwilling to accept responsibility for something, even if they know it is their own fault. They may also struggle to express feelings or affection, and their desire to consistently improve things around them can sometimes cause problems with those they care about.

Although INTJ men can grow up to become individuals who succeed at jobs that demand self-confidence, commitment, and deep intelligence.
