Quantum Leadership Theory Removes the Boundaries
The one place where almost all leadership theories ultimately have a problem is that they attempt to clarify boundaries and roles in specific terms. In a view where everyone is interconnected, then everyone has equal boundaries and equal roles to play. In other words, everyone has a certain responsibility to be a leader. All observations to a changing environment become valid.
In order for this leadership theory to work, everyone must choose to act with a certain morale purpose. Although there are degrees of morality that are different on an individual level, a group morality can bring consensus to a group through the goal of making a positive difference in some way. Relationships must be built and nurtured because every individual is equal in identity and status in the interconnected group. People become empowered when listening is emphasized as a first-line skill.
Quantum Leadership Theory might be difficult to implement at first, but the results will be immediate when it becomes the focus of an organization. When individuals know that they are in a supportive group, they have the confidence to do amazing things. That’s what this leadership theory brings.
